1. How to Order?
Please inform us of the model and quantity you need. Once you've provided these details, we'll send you a confirmation of the order. After everything is confirmed, you can proceed with the payment, and we will arrange the delivery within the specified time.
2. When Will the Delivery be Made?
a. For stock orders: 3-7 days after full payment.
b. For OEM orders: 20-30 days after receiving the deposit, subject to negotiation.
3. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity):
a. For items in stock: 1 piece per order.
b. For OEM/ODM: According to the minimum order quantity specified by the factory.
4. After-Sales Service?
We provide an 1 year warranty. In case of any defective accessories, please send us pictures or videos. As an experienced manufacturer, we will replace the faulty parts free of charge in your next order, ensuring quality and continued after-sales service.
5. Do You Provide Sample Service?
Yes, we are pleased to offer samples for you to test our product quality and service. We hope to be your trusted partners in the future.
6. Does Your Company Provide Customized Services?
Yes, we accept samples and drawings for product customization. Additionally, we can customize product labels, packaging, and gifts according to your requirements.
7. Are You a Trader or a Factory?
No worries about our identity; we are a factory-combined company. Since we are rooted in our factory, our prices are EXW (Ex-Works) prices. However, we can also offer FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) prices. That's why our pricing is considered "reasonable."
8. Payment And Transportation?
We accept payment via T/T, Visa, MasterCard, and online bank payment. Transportation options include DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, air freight, and sea freight.
